you know their
order. you don't
know their name.
Every café has forty or fifty people who come in most weeks. They are the difference between a good month and a bad one, and almost no independent venue can name them, count them, or notice when one stops coming.
Paper stamp cards half-solve it. They get lost, they get photocopied, they tell you nothing, and the moment the card is full the relationship resets to zero.
lost cards
A paper card lives in a wallet that is not always there. A phone always is.
no visibility
You cannot see who your regulars are, how often they come, or which ones have quietly stopped.
apps nobody wants
Asking a customer to download an app for one café is asking too much. Most say yes and never do it.
four steps.
nothing to install.
Two of these happen on your guest's phone. Two happen at your counter, on a phone or tablet you already own.
they scan the code
A small card on the table or by the till. First name, mobile, date of birth, and they are in. Twenty seconds, no app, no password. A hundred welcome points land straight away so the card is never empty.
your staff add a stamp
Type the first two letters of a name or the last digits of a mobile, tap once. A big tick, the name, the count. Then one button clears it for the next guest. It survives a breakfast rush because it was built during one.
they watch it fill
Their card updates on their phone as it happens. They can add it to their home screen, so it sits next to their banking app rather than in a drawer.
they redeem, you validate
The guest taps redeem and shows a six-character code. Your staff type it in and it clears. The same code cannot be used twice, and nobody can stamp their own card.
a bad coffee
becomes a
reason to
come back.
When a regular gets a bad coffee, what happens now? Usually an apology, sometimes a free one, and no record that it ever happened.
With looopoi your manager can put recovery points straight into that guest's card in one tap, while they are still standing there. The guest sees it land on their phone with the line "with our apologies".
Most loyalty apps never know a complaint happened. Most feedback tools cannot do anything about it. This is one system, so it does both — and the complaint turns into the visit after next.

alcohol rewards
Under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, a loyalty scheme is permitted only where rewards are not primarily applied to the purchase of alcohol, and free alcohol cannot be advertised where it can be seen or heard from outside your premises.
LoyalLoop defaults to food and non-alcoholic rewards and flags alcohol ones. Most systems will happily let you breach your licence conditions and never mention it.
This is a help, not legal advice. Your licence stays your responsibility.
your customers' privacy
We ask a guest for a date of birth for one reason: age verification before any reward that includes alcohol, and a birthday treat. Your staff never see the date — only an over-18 badge. They never see a surname, an email, or more than the last three digits of a mobile.
A guest can delete their own membership from their card in one tap, which is what the Privacy Act 2020 expects and what most loyalty apps make impossible.
where the data lives
Your members are held against your business on enterprise cloud infrastructure hosted in Singapore, encrypted in transit and at rest. The database itself refuses to hand one venue another venue's customers — that is enforced one layer below the application, not by a setting someone can get wrong. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to train AI models.
NZ$79 a month.

Thirty days free to start, no credit card. Month to month after that, cancel any time. Prices in New Zealand dollars.
NZ$49 a month. first ten venues.
The first 10 New Zealand cafés and restaurants pay NZ$49 per venue per month, held for twelve months, then NZ$79. Set up in person, printed cards included, staff shown how to use it. In exchange we ask for your name, a logo and one honest sentence about how it went. When the ten places are taken the offer closes.

No. They scan the code on the table or at the counter and their card opens in their phone's browser. Nothing to download, nothing to sign into, no plastic card to lose. They can add it to their home screen if they want it one tap away.
About twenty seconds. First name, mobile number and date of birth, and their card is in their phone with a hundred welcome points already on it. Email is optional.
For age verification, and for birthday rewards. Your staff never see the date. They see only an over-18 badge, which is what they need before serving any reward that includes alcohol. Birthday rewards use the day and month only.
You can offer it, but it cannot be the main event. LoyalLoop defaults to food and non-alcoholic rewards and flags alcohol ones, so you do not put your licence at risk without knowing.
Yes. You set the rewards, what each one costs in points, and how many stamps a card takes. Ten coffees for a free coffee, or five lunches, or whatever suits your menu. You can change them yourself at any time without asking us.
They can hold cards at several unrelated businesses on one phone, with separate member numbers and balances, and switch between them. The link between those cards lives only on their phone. No venue can discover that a guest is a member somewhere else.

An afternoon. We come to you, set up your venue, load your rewards, print your join codes and show your staff how to stamp and redeem. Most venues are taking their first member the same day.
