the best things
you offer are
on a card in
the drawer.
A guest checks in tired, is handed a folder, and puts it down. Two days later they ask reception for a restaurant and get a recommendation they could have found themselves.
Meanwhile the massage slots went unsold, the breakfast sitting ran half empty, and the harbour sail you have a partner deal on never came up once.
Nothing was wrong with the offer. The guest just never met it at a moment when they could act on it.
five moments,
one thread.
From the week before they arrive to the day after they leave. Watch it run — each moment connects to the next, which is the part a folder in a drawer can never do.
A short set of questions about pace, food and what they want from the trip. From the answers, a day-by-day plan is built across morning, afternoon and evening — theirs to move, remove or rebuild.
itinerary builtA welcome from your manager by name on day one, and a short note on the mornings after. The stay unlocks at check-in, so nothing is live before they are.
welcomed by nameWhat you offer in-house, what your partners offer, and what is free nearby — in one place. Anything they like goes straight into their plan on the right day.

replace your
PMS.
Stay handles the guest's experience — the plan, the in-house bookings, the requests and the rating at the end. It does not handle reservations, rates or billing, and it does not connect to a PMS today.
We would rather say that plainly than imply an integration that does not exist. Connecting one is something we would scope with a founding property, not something we can switch on now.
Partner experiences are linked out rather than booked through us, so you are never holding someone else's inventory or carrying their cancellation risk.

quoted after a call.
Indicative bands in New Zealand dollars, per property per month. They are a starting point so you are not guessing, not a price list — a fourteen-room lodge and a city hotel are not the same job.
| Rooms | Indicative NZD / month |
|---|---|
| Under 20 | $199 |
| 20 – 49 | $349 |
| 50 – 99 | $599 |
| 100+ | On application |
Founding properties are different. Going first means helping shape what gets built next, and we price that accordingly. Tell us about the property and we will put something in writing after one short call.
your guests'
data, handled
honestly.
Guest data sits on enterprise cloud infrastructure, currently hosted in Singapore, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each property's data is isolated to that property, and the database itself refuses to hand one property another's guests.
Nothing is sold, nothing is shared between clients, and nothing is used to train external AI models. Guests can ask for their data at any time, as the Privacy Act 2020 requires.

before you ask.
No. The guest opens a link and everything runs in their phone's browser. They sign in with an email code or Google. There is nothing to download and nothing for your front desk to explain.
Before arrival the guest answers a short set of questions about pace, food and what they want from the trip. From those answers a day-by-day plan is built across morning, afternoon and evening. The guest can move items, remove them, add more from Explore, or rebuild the whole plan. Anything they book is added to the plan automatically.
George is the AI butler, and the name is set per property rather than fixed, so it can carry a name that suits the house. Guests ask by voice or by text. He checks real availability before answering, books what is free, offers alternatives when a slot is taken, adds things to the itinerary, and passes anything he cannot do himself to the right person on the team.
No. Stay sits alongside your PMS. It handles the guest's experience — the plan, the in-house bookings, the requests and the rating at the end — not your reservations, rates or billing. It does not connect to a PMS today, and we would rather say that plainly than imply an integration that does not exist.
A Today view, a week and month calendar, guests, the requests queue, your team, your catalogue of experiences and partner links, and settings. It records which staff member served each guest, and guests rate that staff member at the end of the stay.
Yes, for what the house itself offers — breakfast sittings, treatments, platters, bikes, whatever you load into your catalogue — against live availability with capacity per slot. Partner experiences are linked out rather than booked, so you are never holding someone else's inventory.
The guest sees a summary of their stay, rates it, and rates the staff who served them. A five-star rating leads to a public review prompt, so the good reviews are asked for while the guest still feels it. The property can also offer a direct rebooking, which keeps the next stay off a commission channel.
Indicative pricing in New Zealand dollars is NZ$199 a month under 20 rooms, NZ$349 for 20 to 49 rooms and NZ$599 for 50 to 99 rooms. Above 100 rooms it is quoted on application. These are a starting point, not a price list — we quote after a short call because a lodge and a city hotel are not the same job.
Prices are held in the property's own currency and shown to the guest in theirs, with live conversion across major world currencies. The interface is in English today.
Stay is built and running on a demo property, and we are placing it with its first hotels now. Founding properties shape what gets built next, which is the honest trade for going first.
